Refund policy
When you get your money back, and how quickly.
Awaiting legal review. This page accurately describes how the platform works, but it has not been checked by a lawyer and is not yet a binding policy. It must be reviewed before launch.
The free challenge
The free challenge costs nothing and asks for no card details. There is nothing to refund and nothing to cancel.
Paid plans
If you have attended no classes on a paid plan, write to us within 7 days of paying and we will refund it in full.
After classes have been attended, we consider partial refunds case by case — message us and explain what happened.
Refunds return to the method you paid with. Once approved, the payment provider usually takes 5 to 7 working days.
Cancelling
You can stop a plan renewing at any time. Access continues until the period you have already paid for ends.
