Privacy policy

What we collect, why, and what we do not do with it. Written to describe the system as it is actually built.

Awaiting legal review. This page accurately describes how the platform works, but it has not been checked by a lawyer and is not yet a binding policy. It must be reviewed before launch.

What we collect

Your name, your WhatsApp number, and a record that you agreed to receive messages — including the exact wording you were shown and when.

Which programme run you joined, and whether you opened your class link for a given session.

Basic technical information from your browser, and marketing attribution if you arrived from a campaign link.

We do not ask for health diagnoses, and we do not collect payment card details — those are handled by the payment provider, not by us.

Why we collect it

Your number is how the programme works: class links, reminders and schedule changes all arrive on WhatsApp.

Attendance records exist so you can see your own streak and so coaches know who has stopped turning up. Attendance means you opened an authorised link — it is not a measure of how long you watched.

Consent records exist so we can demonstrate, later and to a third party, that you agreed to be messaged.

Who else sees it

Meta processes WhatsApp messages, under their terms. YouTube serves the class video. A payment provider processes payments. Each sees only what their part requires.

We do not sell your number, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Your choices

Reply STOP on WhatsApp to be removed. It takes effect immediately and no further messages are sent.

Ask us to export or delete your data at any time. Financial and consent records that we are required to retain are kept; everything else that identifies you is removed.
