Every class runs at all six daily times, and every posture has a version that fits the body doing it. You do not need to pick a focus area to join. This is simply what the coaches work on across the week.
Yoga for stress and anxiety
Slower sequences with long exhales and guided breathing, built to settle a nervous system that has been running hot all day.
Suits: Anyone whose sleep or temper has been the first thing to go.

Continuous, moderately paced sequences that keep you moving for most of the hour, paired with breathing that makes the pace sustainable.

Yoga for chronic pain relief
Gentle, carefully scaled movement for backs, necks and knees that have been sore for a long time. Every posture has a version that fits.
Suits: Desk-bound bodies and long-standing niggles.

Yoga for PCOS and PCOD
A dedicated sequence of movement and breathing practices commonly used alongside medical care for PCOS and PCOD.
Suits: Women following a treatment plan who want to add movement.

Meditation and mindfulness
